Founder/Commander Chaplain Joseph “Joe” Taylor and his wife, make their home in Ennis, Texas. He is also an Evangelist at Ambassador Baptist Church which is located in Ennis, TX. He has been in the ministry full time since 1995. He also has been an Evangelist as well as several leadership roles within the local churches he has been a member at. He also has been an associate, assistant, pastor, administration pastor, and interim pastor during those years.

He started this outreach ministry for law enforcement and first responders in 2000 and have offices here in the United States as well as the Philippines. God has also blessed he and his wife and with 2 sons. The oldest living in Okeechobee, FL with his family and our youngest living in Searcy, AR with his family. ​

He is also an author of several books books as well as a Bible study. He also has been able to write 55 gospel tracts that minister toward the first responders worldwide. ​

Law Enforcement Days (1981-1991)

Joe Taylor started his career in Law Enforement in 1981. Starting as an Auxilary Officer and shortly to full-time. The above picture was his graduating class at Palm Beach Junior College in Lake Worth, Florida. His career started with Belle Glade Police Department and then in 1988 started with Gadsden County Sheriff's Department.
